Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and insightful commentary.
* Deliver financial performance reports to internal stakeholders.
* Support and guide budget holders with financial planning and analysis.
* Lead budget and forecasting processes.
* Provide financial modelling and appraisals for new projects and initiatives.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and support resource optimisation.
* Continuously improve financial processes and systems.
Person Specification:
1. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
2. Strong management accounting experience.
3. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in Excel and financial software.
