This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s organised, enthusiastic, and ready to take their first step into the world of business. You’ll gain valuable experience across administration, operations, and sales support, all while studying towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. No prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in business support. The important work you will be doing: Placing courier and logistics orders to support internal teams and client needs General administrative tasks such as document handling, data entry, and filing Sales support, including CRM updates, producing and amending basic client quotes, proposal formatting, and client communications Diary and meeting coordination for team members Supporting the wider business with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed The skills and qualities you’ll bring: 3 A-levels with at least 2 grades C or above (or equivalent) 5 GCSES grade 5 and above (or equivalent) Organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to work A strong communicator, both written and verbal Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Why PKF Infuse Technology?
