Job Description
AsElectrical Engineering Manageryou will be part of our Central Engineering and leading a group of Electrical Engineers. As subject matter experts (SME's) your team and you will be responsible for all electrical systems in your area of responsbibility. You will be acting as an interface to our Data Centre Operations, Design teams, OEM's and to our customers. Authoring and deploying Electrical Safety Rules will be part of your remit along ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and reliability and securing the delivery to the highest standard. You will be reporting to the Senior Electrical Engineer - EMEA.
What you will do
1. Responsible for the management and development in Electrical Engineering for UK and Western Europe (UK, Netherlands, Spain, France)
2. Managing, developing ,and expanding the Electrical Engineering Team, including workload management
3. Ensure time management and quality delivery from different stakeholders
4. Client-oriented strong stakeholder management, providing frequent updates (externally, internally) to ensure continuous clarity
5. Conduct thorough root-cause analysis and implement lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
6. Involvement in training development for electrical systems, ensuring adherence to company standards and regional requirements
