About the Role

Who are TPS?

TPS provides independent garages and body shops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, alongside brands like Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Cupra, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of centres with a workforce of 1,500 employees, fostering a motivating and inclusive environment that encourages learning, development, and recognition.

Established in 2006 as a new brand concept based on an Agency Model, TPS stocks and sells on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth both financially and in the expansion of its centres nationwide.


Job Purpose

This role is crucial for strengthening our market position, improving customer engagement, and increasing sales within the UK accident repair market.


Market Research & Analysis:

* Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
* Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
* Share insights with the team to inform strategic decisions.


Strategic Planning & Execution:

* Work with the Volkswagen Group head office to develop and implement sales strategies.
* Monitor progress and adjust strategies to meet targets.


Training & Development:

Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and technologies to maintain expertise.


Customer Support & Relationship Management:

* Assist customers with inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction.
* Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs.
* Attend customer meetings, centre visits, and industry events to promote products.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams for aligned messaging.
* Communicate regularly with the Volkswagen Group head office, sharing updates and insights.


What are we looking for:

* Effective engagement and communication with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in the UK accident repair market.
* Ability to manage activities that grow and develop the business.
* Practical financial awareness to provide operational insights and recognize risks and opportunities.
* Experience managing national campaigns and activities.
