We're delighted to be supporting this global manufacturer in the heating industry as they look for an ambitious and commercially driven Head of Marketing to lead their UK marketing function. This is a senior leadership opportunity with full ownership of marketing strategy, performance, brand development, and team leadership — with significant influence across the wider organisation.
You will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand positioning across all market segments and routes to market, and ensuring the organisation is future-ready for expansion.
As Head of Marketing, you will:
Develop and lead the UK marketing strategy, fully aligned to global objectives.
Drive integrated, data-led marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR and social.
Lead customer proposition development across products, accessories and services.
Use market research and insight to inform strategic decision-making.
Manage and optimise a 7-digit marketing budget to deliver maximum ROI.
Partner closely with Commercial, Product, Pricing, Service and Legal teams to ensure aligned and compliant execution.
Represent the business with trade bodies, customers and external stakeholders.
Lead and develop a large marketing team.
What we're looking for:
Strong strategic planning and execution capability.
Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions with full through the line (TTL) experience including TV, Radio, Sponsorships and Partnerships.
A data-driven approach to performance and decision-making.
Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
Experience developing high-performing teams.
Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
Ideally experience in a multi-brand business and a mix of B2C and B2B marketing is required; B2C being most important.
This role offers significant visibility at leadership level and direct impact on both short- and long-term business performance.You'll be operating at a similar level in your current role and looking for an opportunity in a global organisation that could take you to marketing director in the longer term.
