We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Relief Care Assistant seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of care to our residents, promoting their independence while safeguarding their dignity. As part of the team, you will participate in the day-to-day activities of the home.
This is a permanent relief 0 hours contract.

Where you will be working
Gwynfa is a residential care home in the Llanishen area of Cardiff, providing accommodation for 16 residents, each with their own private bedroom. The project offers 24-hour care and support for elderly individuals and those who have experienced poor mental health.
