Experience and Requirements
* Previous experience in administration, pricing, or operational support.
* Experience in the transport or haulage industry preferred but not essential.
Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to triage, escalate, and negotiate, using your own initiative.
* Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and time management.
* Ability to investigate discrepancies and work to deadlines.
* Organised with ability to manage inboxes and reporting tasks.
* Proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to communicate at all levels, internally and externally.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, including experience with spreadsheets and computer-based systems including Microsoft products.
Education and Qualifications
* GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths essential.
* NVQ (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
* Further education (A-levels, BTEC, etc.) preferred.
