The Registered Manager is directly accountable to the Director and to the Care Quality Commission. You will be working closely with the Area Manager, and Strategy and Compliance ManagerThe Registered manager is to:Lead Complex Care Professionals office and care staff in providing an exceptional quality of service to its clients Implement the formal business objectives developed in liaison with the DirectorsPlay a key role in contributing to Complex Care Professionals operational and strategic plansKey tasks and responsibilitiesDay to day care managementQuality controlAdministrationLine manager responsibilities - coordinating inductions for new staff, manage and coordinate training for current staff, conducting annual reviews with current staff and any other HR responsibilities. Represent Complex Care Professionals in the public arenaMeet all regulatory requirements in line with CQC guidelinesAssist in business development securing new contracts with ICBs, commissioner and case managers. Reviewing and implementing processes and systems clearlyEnsure the office staff is fully maintained to ensure continuous service Oversee and participate in the provision of 'on call' services to staff and clientsForecasting demand. managing growth and address under performance. Person SpecificationSenior operational leadership experience within domiciliary, complex care, or regulated health/social care • Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and workforce governance • Experience managing multi-site operations and senior teams • Commercial awareness and strong decision-making capability
