Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure accurate pricing and availability of fixtures and chillers.
2. Execute all new product launches effectively.
3. Record data accurately and take high-quality photos with concise descriptions.
4. Provide insightful feedback on market intelligence, competitor activities, and store procedures.
5. Analyze intervention data and sales data to drive store visits and pre-sell upcoming activities.
6. Manage journey plans and ensure sufficient promotional materials are available.
7. Attend monthly team meetings.
8. Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and deliver excellent customer service.
9. Meet distribution, availability, and visibility targets.
10. Negotiate for increased space and displays, and implement in-store activations.
11. Ensure promotional compliance through audits and interventions.
Experience & Skills
* Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales preferred. Other sector experience considered.
* Enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and a drive to succeed.
* Comfortable working autonomously in the field.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven sales skills and commercial acumen.
* Self-motivated, determined, and target-driven.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Willingness to travel 90-100%.
