The projects you will be working on will range from brief assignments to long‑term support for key major programmes.
The Role
Operating within a team to collectively deliver large and complex programmes for our clients.
* Embedded as an individual within a client team to deliver projects or programmes on their behalf.
* Working in a variety of different industries which will require initiative and willingness to face new challenges and pursue new learning opportunities.
* Providing project management or project controls advice to clients.
* Supporting the design, implementation and operation of PMOs across the P3M spectrum.

The Person
To thrive in the role, you will be able to demonstrate the following essential experience:
* Familiarity with DLOD concept and capability management.
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple Defence and Navy Command teams.
* Ability to manage delivery across interrelated and dependent programmes and services in a complex environment.
* Demonstrable experience in Project Management / P3M Delivery ideally gained in Defence, Energy, Transport and Central Government sectors.
* Practical experience and knowledge of PM methodologies – including in depth RAID, stakeholder management, assurance and governance skills.
* Ability to identify problems within existing projects and highlight/implement solutions.
* Clear and effective communication and presentation skills.
Desirable Experience
* Experience in Defence, Royal Navy, Royal Fleet Auxiliary, MOD or nuclear programmes.
* Communications / Information background.
* Familiarity with classified information handling environments.
* Experience working across multi‑partner delivery environments.
Security Requirements
Due to the nature of the work that Frazer‑Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre‑employment screening and must satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
