Role This role will be responsible for coordinating our client-facing knowledge content platform, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient content dissemination Responsibilities User Management: Oversee user accounts, manage access permissions, and ensure security protocols are followed. Inbox Monitoring: Monitor and respond to queries received in the platform's dedicated inbox, providing timely and accurate assistance. Content Review: Assist in reviewing and editing content for accuracy, relevance, and quality before publication. Content Infrastructure Development: Contribute to building and enhancing the platform’s infrastructure to better serve content across various areas. Requirements Gathering: Meet with stakeholders from across the firm to gather initial requirements for new knowledge products – from reports to trackers and comparative guides to training Design Solutions: Suggest and implement design solutions for effectively presenting new content, such as reports and large volumes of information. Market content and gaps: Monitor competitors’ websites (open source) and provide feedback to the team on possible enhancements to our own content. Auditing and Reporting: Analysing data and preparing performance reports. Coordinating with other teams: Collaborate with knowledge lawyers, practice groups, and business development teams to align digital content with broader campaigns and business goals.
