Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative
* Carry out production and assembly tasks efficiently, accurately, and within set timeframes.

* Support continuous improvement activities and help maintain a clean, organised workspace.
Skills &; Experience
* Previous experience in production or assembly, or formal training in manufacturing processes.
* Strong attention to detail, good hand‑eye coordination, and the ability to work with precision.
* Basic computer skills (Excel or Google Suite) for data entry and production logging.
