Youll be a part of a National Income focused team which will involve the collection of Former Tenant Arrears and arrears Case Management Administration tasks around Universal Credit along with other income collection tasks. Youll work closely with National colleagues to make sure that we are accountable, commercial, caring and energised with everything we do. Youll use your creative spark and keen eye for detail to ensure our income collections work streams are kept up to date. Naturally empathetic, you build rapport quickly and have a sound understanding of maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. It will also be brilliant if you have experience in debt collection and a basic understanding of housing management, housing law and universal credit too!
