Job Description:
We are recruiting a committed and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in a primary setting in Bispham. This role involves supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them access learning and manage behaviour positively.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored interventions
* Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
* Build trusting relationships with pupils and staff
* Support safeguarding and wellbeing across the school day

Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEMH or behavioural needs
* Strong communication and de-escalation skills
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
