Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastor to lead our congregation with integrity and faithfulness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to spiritual growth, community engagement, and the overall well-being of our church members. This role involves preaching, teaching, and providing pastoral care while fostering a supportive environment for all ages.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging sermons that inspire and educate the congregation.
* Provide spiritual guidance and counselling to individuals and families in need.
* Lead Bible studies and educational programmes for various age groups, including children.
* Mentor church members in their spiritual journeys and personal development.
* Organise community outreach initiatives and fundraising activities to support church missions.
* Collaborate with church leadership to develop strategic plans for growth and engagement.
* Offer hospice care support to families during times of grief and loss.
* Maintain open lines of communication with congregation members to foster a sense of community.

* Strong teaching abilities with a passion for sharing the Gospel message.
* Exceptional leadership skills to guide and inspire others within the church community.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey messages and connect with diverse audiences.
