The Role
As a Line Service / Production Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
·Operate Flowwrap and Multivac packaging machines
·Carry out quality checks in line with food safety standards
·Run multiple production lines and achieve KPI targets
·Minimise waste and support efficiency improvements
·Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
·Manage stock control and product traceability
·Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
·Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
·Detail-oriented with a safety-first mindset
·Experience in food manufacturing is beneficial but not essential - full training provided
