The newly built Leonardo Hotel Bristol Glassfields will offer 197 stylish bedrooms, completed with Leonardo DREAM beds, an exclusively designed mattress, and modern ensuite bathrooms. The hotel will also be BREEAM certified!
We are now looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly Guest Service Staff - Nights Member who wants to contribute to our guests having a happy and memorable stay with us.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling guest incidents, complaints, and coordinating service recovery in conjunction with the Manager.
2. Setting up, maintaining, and cleaning conference & banqueting areas.
3. Identifying and communicating issues such as maintenance or equipment problems.
4. Following company control procedures in accordance with internal audit requirements.
5. Knowing all emergency procedures and the fire manual thoroughly.
6. Working with the Night Manager to ensure all Night Department objectives are met.
7. Closing the business daily and securing the property.
8. Preparing the hotel for the next day with attention to cleanliness and presentation.
9. Assisting all departments during your shift; knowledge of bar and restaurant operations is beneficial.

Experience we are looking for:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience in a similar role with industry awareness.
* High standard of customer service skills.
* Standards-driven, detail-oriented, with good planning and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Micros/Opera systems.
