OVERVIEW:
-The main purpose of this role is to manage a caseload of family care matters
-The caseload will include child protection, adoption, and domestic violence cases
-Responsibilities include, representing clients in court proceedings, providing expert legal advice, and working alongside other professionals
-Applications are open to qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 5 years' experience in family law
-A thorough understanding of family care law and procedures is essential
-The ideal lawyer will hold a Membership of the Law Societys Children Panel
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
