About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and flexible Assistant Community Services Manager to join our Early Intervention and Prevention Service, which includes:
* Bracknell Intermediate Care Service
* Sensory Needs Service
* Locality Access Point
* Assessment Suite
About the Team
Our multi-disciplinary team supports adults across Bracknell Forest in regaining independence and achieving greater control over their lives. We adopt a strength-based approach, prioritising individuals’ abilities and potential rather than their limitations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
* Champion strength-based practice and innovative problem-solving.
* Work closely with health and social care professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
