This role covers every element of contract fulfillment and activation management, from interpreting complex partner briefs through to managing the client relationship and overseeing everything coming together on-site. We are ideally looking for candidates currently working in a similar role as a Senior Partner Operations Manager or a Senior Sponsorship Delivery Manager for either a premium live events agency, a luxury hospitality brand, or a large-scale exhibition/experiential build environment.
Advanced project management capabilities, experience navigating international logistics, and a proven track record of handling high-value commercial portfolios are essential for this high-pressure position. Knowledge of global activation formats and an ability to interpret complex contractual requirements autonomously will be highly beneficial.
