Snipe RH has been exclusively mandated to support a highly confidential European Venture Capital fund, sponsored by a prominent European family.
The fund pursues long-term investment strategies within a highly institutional and disciplined framework, combining investment excellence, operational rigor and best-in-class governance.
As part of the continued structuring and development of its platform, the fund is seeking to recruit an Investment Director to join its investment team.
Responsibilities
As a member of the investment team, your responsibilities will include:
* Analysis and execution of Venture Capital / Growth investments
* Financial modelling and preparation of investment materials
* Coordination and execution of financial, strategic and operational due diligences
* Interaction with institutional investors, family offices and external advisors
* Consideration of regulatory constraints related to third-party asset management
* Monitoring of portfolio companies and contribution to strategic discussions
