We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with SEN.
* Adapt learning activities to suit individual needs.
* Foster independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals.
* Assist with record-keeping and monitoring of pupil progress.

* Experience working with children, ideally within an educational or SEN setting.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting children with additional needs.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
