Working Pattern: Full Time
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
* Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and projects.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, displaying professionalism and courtesy.
* Assist in project management tasks, tracking timelines, and contributing to project deliverables.
* Maintain office supplies and manage inventory, ensuring a productive working environment.
* Help organise team events, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance collaboration and morale.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and enhance workflow.
* Contribute to the implementation of new processes and systems to improve team efficiency.
* Support the onboarding of new team members by providing necessary resources and assistance.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
