We're Zepler, a fast-growing managed service provider (MSP) based in central Manchester with clients nationwide.
Our primary focus is on the finance sector, where we act as the outsourced IT department and IT Director for firms who need secure, compliant, and reliable IT.

The Role
This role is a crucial blend of administration and process management. You'll work closely with our Admin, Operations, and Support teams to keep everything running smoothly – from client onboarding and offboarding, to asset management, order processing, and day-to-day operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and processing client quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders
* Managing inventory, stock checks, and asset movements
* Handling returns, replacements, and warranty claims
* Coordinating joiner/leaver IT administration (accounts, assets, licences)
* Maintaining accurate client asset records
* Supporting sales, procurement, and operations teams with admin tasks
* Ensuring processes and approvals are followed
* Liaising with clients and suppliers to resolve queries and provide updates
Person Profile
We're looking for someone who:

Skills & Experience
Essential
* GCSEs in Maths and English (A-Levels desirable)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer support role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 primarily Word and Excel
* Good general IT knowledge
* Strong written and spoken English with excellent organisational skills
Desirable
* Experience in IT services, managed services, or a technical environment
* Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems
