Opportunity
This is a full-time, permanent position located in Holmfirth. On Target Earnings of £25,000 to £30,000.
Responsibilities
* Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.
* Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
* Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
* Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Possessing the drive and ability to close a deal.
* The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients.
* Able to achieve sales targets.
* Experience in property is preferable, however demonstrating transferable skills will be considered.
