– St Helens – Temporary (4 weeks) – June start
We are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a law firm based in St Helens. This is a temporary position to start in June for 4 weeks.
Key duties:
1. Audio typing or copy typing of letters and other documents
2. Assisting with day-to-day conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions
3. Receiving and channelling telephone calls, and taking messages
4. Making telephone calls to clients, solicitors, agents etc
5. Diary maintenance
6. Opening and dispatch of post
7. Recording and filing of closed files
8. Any other tasks that may be required

9. Excellent communication skills
10. Experience in a similar role is essential
