We are now looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Admin Support to join our commercial team on a fixed-term contract. This is a home-based role with the flexibility and expectation to travel to customer sites and Hain offices/factories across the UK when required.
This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our commercial operations, with a primary focus on the Tesco account. You’ll work closely with Customer Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate administration, strong data management, and seamless execution of promotional and sales activities.

What You’ll Be Doing
Administration & Commercial Support (60%)
1. Maintain and update internal and customer systems (including Tesco systems)
2. Manage volume forecasts, promotional loading, accruals, and price file alignment
3. Create and manage new line forms across Hain and customer systems
4. Support the commercial team with reporting, data entry, system checks, and meeting preparation
5. Ensure all systems are kept accurate and up to date
Data Analysis (20%)
6. Analyse EPOS data to track performance and identify trends
7. Support insight generation to help drive account performance
Cross-Functional Support (20%)
8. Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Category, Finance, and Logistics
9. Support NPD processes and shopper activation administration
10. Assist with forecasting to ensure smooth product supply
11. Collaborate with account managers on key commercial initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
12. A Levels required (degree preferred)
13. Experience in a commercial, retail, or administrative support role
14. FMCG or grocery experience is advantageous
15. Experience using Tesco systems (e.g. Tesco Connect, Product Hub, Promo Planner, Core Connect) is highly desirable

Additional Information
23. Home-based role with regular travel to customer sites and Hain locations across the UK
24. Occasional overnight stays may be required
25. Reports to: Tesco Customer Manager
