Job Title: Food Services Assistant (Saturday Only)

Working Hours: 6 Hours, Saturday 07:30-13:30

Job Purpose:
To provide high-quality customer service and food service support at a busy, prestigious site during Saturday operations. The role requires professionalism, attention to hygiene, and a friendly, helpful approach with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages
* Deliver and clear down client hospitality services
* Serve customers and operate tills if required
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service and kitchen areas
* Comply with health and safety, PPE, and COSHH regulations
* Restock counters and monitor food levels during service
* Perform cleaning tasks, including floors, utensils, and kitchen equipment
* Attend training sessions and team briefings as required
* Report any complaints, compliments, or incidents
* Promote a positive team environment
Essential Skills andExperience:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* High personal hygiene and professional appearance
Desirable Skills andExperience:
* Basic food hygiene certification
* Experience in compliance-focused environments
