About the Role
We are looking for an Employer Support and Recruitment Coordinator within our Apprenticeship Directorate. The role focuses on supporting employers and apprentices throughout the apprenticeship journey.
What You Will Do
* Engage with employers to identify workforce development needs and provide tailored skills solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with levy‑paying employers and SMEs, expanding the employer partner network.
* Represent the organisation at external events, meetings and networking opportunities.
* Support prospective apprentices – preparing them for interviews, conducting initial assessments, and delivering careers information, advice and guidance.
* Manage apprenticeship vacancy advertising and assist employers with the Digital Apprenticeship Service platform.
About You
* Proven experience in Employer Engagement, Business Development or Sales within the Further Education sector with a record of meeting performance targets.
* Background in account managing employer or stakeholder relationships with sustained partnership growth.
* Confidence in delivering presentations to varied stakeholder groups, in person and online.
* Solid understanding of the Further Education landscape, including apprenticeship programme delivery.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
* Flexible, adaptable approach, thriving in a dynamic environment.
