Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Landlord Compliance Sales Administrator located in Bromley. The Landlord Compliance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance for landlords, telephone sales and managing communication between various stakeholders. The role requires daily interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all compliance standards are met and maintained.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance and understanding of related regulations in the Landlord sector
* Strong Interpersonal and Sales Communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Relevant experience in property management or a related field is a plus
* 28 days holiday
* Potential to train as an Energy Assessor
