The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial management of luxury residential projects across London, overseeing schemes from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining financial control and maximising value.
