Brook Street Social Care are now recruiting a support worker to work with our client who is dedicated to motivating homeless people to recognise and unlock their talents.
The role:
* Working Monday-Friday (Week 1: 9:00 - 17:00; Week 2: 13:00 - 21:00)
* Enable service users to achieve their full potential
* Assist in the provision of comprehensive support
* Work within a quality housing service that provides support and resettlement to residents that have experienced homelessness
* Empower and enable individuals to live independently
* Be proactive in supporting individuals in the area of social inclusion and accessing services
