Capital Law is a growing commercial law firm. We work with clients across the UK and internationally, providing high quality services to the private, public and third sectors. As a Bid Manager within our Business Development team, you’ll manage the bid process from start to finish, while also producing high-quality written content for both public and private sector opportunities. You’ll be responsible for drafting, editing and coordinating bid responses, ensuring they are compelling, accurate and aligned with client requirements.
Working closely with Legal, HR, Finance and Operations teams, you’ll handle multiple bids simultaneously, maintaining a strong focus on detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
In collaboration with the Content Writer create, edit and refine engaging content that maintains a consistent tone and aligns with brand guidelines.
Partner with the Head of Bids & Tenders to developed targeted win strategies.
Analyse bid performance, collate feedback, and maintain accurate records.
APMP Foundation Certificate is advantageous.
Proven experience in bid processes within both the public and private sectors.
Experience in developing and writing compelling content, particularly in areas such as social value delivery.
A solid understanding of prompt engineering for generative AI tools to help drive efficiency across bid management tasks, content creation, tone adjustment and task automation.
