Head of Finance - £50,000 - £60,000Pratap Partnership are delighted to be exclusively working with Tao Complex Care, a fast-growing care and staffing business in Harrogate. We are supporting them with a newly created Head of Finance position, which will be a key leadership role at an exciting stage of the companys journey.The business has already built strong foundations and is now focused on scaling sustainably. This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance leader who can bring structure, insight and stability while supporting continued growth.The RolePartner with the Managing Director and senior leadership teamLead budgeting, forecasting and cashflow managementOversee monthly management accounts and financial controlsDrive commercial insight across margins, pricing and performanceOversee payroll in a high-volume, staffing-led environmentImprove systems, processes and reporting capabilityLead and develop the finance teamAbout YouACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)Background in care, healthcare, staffing or similar would be ideal, but candidates from other sectors will also be consideredStrong understanding of payroll-driven, margin-focused multi-site businessesHands-on, commercially focused and comfortable in a growing environmentConfident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersThis is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of the finance function in a growing business, where your input will directly influence performance, stability and long-term direction.
