Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Solar PV Installer to join our commercial installation team. You will be based in the North East but most be willing to work away from home as we cover the whole of the UK for both domestic sbd commercial installations. The Solar Installer will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar systems, handling power tools, and ensuring systems meet industry standards. Daily tasks include assembling solar arrays and supporting infrastructure, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting systems as required. Travel to job sites and ensuring safety protocols are followed will also be part of the job.
Qualifications
* Solar PV knowledge
* CSCS card
* Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
* Understanding of the Solar Industry
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Relevant certifications and training in solar installation are a plus
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Valid driver's license
