Overview
* Opportunity for Ser experienced Family Solicitor to join the firm as a Legal Aid Supervisor.
* Potential to step in as Head of Department or progress into the role via a clear development pathway.
* Management of a diverse family law caseload with a primary focus on care proceedings.
* Handling private law children matters and non‑molestation order cases.
* Providing high quality legal advice and representation to clients.
* Supervising and mentoring Junior Solicitors and Caseworkers.
* Ensuring full compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements.
* Motivated to lead, develop and support a team, either immediately or in the near future.
* Extensive experience in care proceedings with solid knowledge of private law children and non‑molestation matters.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage a varied and demanding caseload.
* Flexible and adaptable, particularly in relation to court commitments.
* Open to occasional remote working, where appropriate.
