Our client, part of a leading luxury retail group, is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join their Customer Service Centre in North London. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be an integral part of a busy team, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of luxury repair enquiries.
We are specifically looking for someone with previous experience in the luxury retail sector. You will understand the high standards required and be comfortable acting as a key point of contact for clients.
The Role
This is a full-time temping assignment of 37.5 hours per week, centred around providing outstanding support to clients regarding their repairs. You will be responsible for:
