Role Overview This is an excellent opportunity to join a scaling SME based in Belfast. The Operations & Delivery Manager will work in a senior, hands-on operational role with responsibility for post-sales delivery, operational performance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, processes are efficient and the business operates with control and consistency. This is not an administrative position and not a passive operations role. The Operations & Delivery Manager will be accountable for outcomes, performance and delivery.
