Customer Success Executive (6-Month Fixed Term)
London | Hybrid - with the opporunity to travel.
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive on a 6-month contract. You’ll help deliver high-profile international events in the iGaming (online gambling and betting) industry, working across digital platforms, live experiences, and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
What You’ll Do
* Respond to visitor, exhibitor, and contractor queries via email, phone, social media, and live chat.
* Review and approve affiliate registrations following set guidelines.
* Create and schedule customer communications.
* Support event apps, digital tools, and online platforms.
* Assist in creating guides, FAQs, and other customer resources.
* Help run webinars and virtual onboarding sessions.
* Monitor feedback and prepare simple reports on customer queries and satisfaction.
* Work with marketing, sales, and operations to align customer communications.
* Provide on-site event support including check-in, help desks, and survey administration.
