As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be working on your own caseload of: Break rights Property disputes Change of use Commercial landlord and tenant disputes Professional negligence claims Enfranchisement Dilapidation disputes The successful candidate will ideally have 1 years PQE within Property Litigation, can work well under pressure, is an expert in their field and is looking to really establish themselves for the long-term.
