Job Summary
They are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Copywriter.
This role is responsible for developing high-quality, original, and impactful creative copy that strengthens global brand storytelling across campaigns, branded content, and key brand initiatives.
As a key creative contributor, the role is responsible for developing innovative campaign ideas and creative concepts in collaboration with designers and the Creative Director, delivering work that reflects originality, clarity, and strong creative impact. While working within an established brand environment, the role is expected to bring bold, agency-style thinking that enhances creative output beyond standard communication and drives stronger audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner closely with the Art Director to develop bold, high-quality content across advertising, social media, and brand channels, ensuring every word strengthens the story.
* Craft, edit, and polish engaging content across campaigns, websites, social media, emails, ads, brochures, and more, making every word count.
* Oversee and mentor junior copywriters, fostering growth, collaboration, and high creative standards.
* Ensure all content consistently reflects brand voice, tone, and style while aligning with overall messaging strategy.
* Research target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to create relevant, compelling, and strategic content.
* Adapt messaging for multiple formats and platforms, maintaining clarity, creativity, and consistency.
* Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate with audiences.
* Confidently present ideas and campaign concepts internally and to clients, providing creative insight and direction.
* Stay on the pulse of trends and latest innovations. Be a key pillar in the creative department to inspire the agency.
Skills and Requirements
* 7+ years of experience in creative writing, concept development, or campaign ideation within an agency or similar fast-paced creative environment.
* Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to craft compelling narratives, brand voices, and campaign ideas across multiple platforms.
* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of tone, messaging, and storytelling.
* Global market experience is a plus, with an understanding of culturally nuanced messaging across diverse audiences.
* Experience leading and mentoring aspiring copywriters, helping shape impactful and effective creative output.
* Strong understanding of branding, messaging strategy, digital content creation, and integrated campaign development.
* Collaborative mindset with experience partnering closely with art directors, strategists, designers, and account teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
* Confident presenting and pitching creative concepts, copy directions, and campaign narratives to internal teams and clients.
* Exceptional attention to detail, originality, and consistently high creative standards.
