This role is for someone who cares about consistency, presentation, and delivering a professional customer experience — every time.
Your Role
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee to professional barista standards
* Dial in grinders and maintain consistency throughout service
* Ensure excellent presentation of every drink
* Deliver friendly, professional customer service
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee and service areas
* Assist with daily café operations and opening/closing duties
* Support and work closely with the wider team
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Barista in a busy café
* Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and workflow
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
* Professional attitude and strong work ethic
* Reliable, punctual, and well presented
* Passion for coffee and hospitality
