Salary
 * Handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, leaseholds, freeholds, transfers of equity, and new builds.
 * Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth, efficient progress on all files.
 * Drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting property searches, and reporting on title.
 * Maintaining compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
 * Providing outstanding client care and contributing to the firm’s reputation for excellence.

As part of their continued expansion, they are launching a dedicated Conveyancing Department and are looking for a dedicated professional to help drive this exciting new chapter.The firm promotes a collaborative and relaxed culture, offering support, flexibility, and the opportunity to play a key role in shaping their conveyancing offering.
About You
 * Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law.
 * Confident managing files independently from instruction to completion.
 * Excellent communication, organisation, and client relationship skills.
 * Comfortable using digital conveyancing tools and case management systems.
Desirable:
 * Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification or equivalent conveyancing experience.
 * Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
Package & Benefits
 * Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 (dependent on experience)
