* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
* Has proven experience teaching Physics across relevant Key Stages, with A-Level experience preferred.
* Possesses excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Physics.
* Demonstrates strong classroom management and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
