What You'll Be Doing
* Building and managing relationships with employers across the region
* Generating new business through outreach, calls, and networking
* Driving learner acquisition through referrals, partnerships, and outreach activity
* Working with Job Centres, partners, and community networks to source candidates
* Matching learners to employer opportunities and converting into placements
* Reverse marketing candidates directly to employers
* Securing work placements, trials, and long-term employment outcomes
* Managing your pipeline across both employers and learners
* Tracking activity, reporting performance, and hitting targets
What We’re Looking For
* Background in sales, recruitment, or business development
* Experience or exposure to candidate sourcing or learner acquisition
* Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Confident in outreach, calls, meetings, and building partnerships
* Target-driven mindset with ownership of results
* Organised and commercially aware
