ENA Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of high-quality care to our clients. As well as providing care in the community, you will be responsible for coordinating care schedules, matching clients with appropriate carers, and maintaining clear and accurate records. Additionally, you and another Coordinator will be the main point of contact for clients, carers, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. You will also share the on-call roster with another Coordinator. The role requires you to be "field" and office based. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as a genuine passion for delivering person-centered care. You will work closely with Senior Management and other members of the care team to ensure that our clients receive the support they need to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
