This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and personable finance professional to take ownership of a busy credit control function within a business that prides itself on delivering a high standard of customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Working closely with the Head of Accounts and wider operational teams, the Credit Controller will be responsible for proactively managing outstanding balances and ensuring arrears are handled in an efficient, professional and commercially minded manner. The role will involve communicating with Leaseholders and Landlords via telephone, email and written correspondence, negotiating payment arrangements where required, managing repayment plans and liaising with both internal colleagues and external agencies regarding escalated cases. You will also support reporting processes, maintain accurate records and contribute towards the smooth day-to-day running of the wider finance function.
