Job Description
Purpose: As a TPS Parts Sales Executive, you will work with the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales goals by providing excellent customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets.
2. Identify parts to meet customer requirements accurately.
3. Utilize product promotions to meet targets.
4. Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact.
5. Provide high-level customer service and expert advice.
6. Support the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent service.
7. Handle customer inquiries and transactions efficiently.
8. Maintain accurate documentation and system use.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or telesales.
2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
3. Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
4. IT literate, with knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
5. Passion for the automotive industry.
