Family Law Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer

Are you a passionate Family Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a dynamic and supportive team?
We are seeking an ambitious Family Law Solicitor or CILEX lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded family department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fantastic Family Solicitor to develop their career in a firm that values expertise, collaboration and exceptional client care.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload covering a broad spectrum of private family law matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy and settlements
* Private children matters
* Advocacy at hearings
You will have the autonomy to run your cases with confidence, backed by a strong and experienced team of lawyers and legal assistants who provide genuine support and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
* Family Solicitor, ideally 1-year PQE
* Solid experience handling a full range of family matters
* Strong advocacy skills (essential)
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Confidence managing your own caseload
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of financial targets
* A proactive approach to business development
* Experience in Legal Aid work is welcome but not essential.
