Job Description
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide updates.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
* Assist with handling complaints, providing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
* Support the Customer Service team in achieving departmental goals and KPIs.
* Provide product information and guidance to customers when required.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Agent should have:
* Any customer service experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Proficiency with computer systems, excel and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
